I played my first match of the season against Joe tonight. Very, very one-sided game. 3-0 score, and the casualties were 7-1. That pretty much derails his team for the next half-dozen games while he tries to get enough money to replace the 4 or 5 players he lost from this match.

And on Monday he has a game against one of the Dwarf teams.

The league started up today. Of the twelve people who are intent on joining the league, seven were able to show up and three games were held. I'll be playing Mike's Wood Elf team on Thursday so he can get in a face-to-face game this week. I played Ed's Goblin team and won 2-0 with my Ogre team.
